Are you marrying the right person?

Waiting until marriage to consummate a relationship is all fine and dandy if that’s your thing, but you should always be aware of the gender of your mate-to-be before tying the knot.

Groom 500x333 Indonesian Bride Discovers Groom to be a Woman picture

Such is the sad tale of a woman in the Banten province of Indonesia, who discovered her soon-to-be husband was actually a man. During the exchanging of the vows, the “groom” let escape a female voice. This caused the congregation to grow a bit suspicious.

The cleric started asking questions, and according to a police office, his voice “turned soft, like that of a woman.” Even the cop was surprised, as he later stated that “she looked very much like a man and her voice was heavy.”

The woman is now being investigated by the local police for fraud.

You’d think the lack of an Adam’s apple would be a giveaway, but maybe she wore lots of turtlenecks. This is clearly not a unique case, either. A woman in India recently discovered her “husband” was actually a woman after the actual marriage took place.

Man turns to look at hot girl, crashes his bike

Recently a video has gone viral showing hot girl in a skirt walking along the streets in China. A male biker rode past her and turned his head to have a glance of the lady. The rider did not notice a van parked at the side of the road and crashed into its rear. The rider fell on the streets, causing another motocyclist to crash into him resulting into a pile up. Minutes later an ambulance came and brought the injured motorcyclist to the hospital.

Many times I caught males staring at women on the streets while he is behind the wheel. Guys, keep your eyes on the road when you drive or ride a bike. When you want to turn your head to look at a hot girl, think twice as your act may land you in a hospital. Don't get distracted!

You can watch the video here.

Open Sesame: Woman's head caught between the bus door

In China's Anhui Province, an unlucky lady left cringing in agony when her neck was stuck in between the bus pneumatic slide glide doors during the time the bus driver was unaware the situation, move on to his next stop.
The ridiculous incident occurs when the impatient bus driver closed the pneumatic slide glide doors while the lady about to disembark the bus causing her head trapped between the doors, resulting her body situated inside the bus while her head was outside.
Fellow passengers called out to the impatient driver to open the doors to free the lady's head, which he eventually did, and she escaped with just a sore neck.
As soon as she was let off the bus she walked away without uttering a word of complaint.

In a way she is fortunate as her head isn't caught outside leaving the body outside the bus. She would have been dragged by the bus which would result in fatality. The next time she goes on the bus, she'll have to be extra cautious with those bus drivers.

Woman smashed up $1million worth of luxury cars

In Monte Carlo in Monaco earlier this week, a large crowd gathered to gawk, but it wasn't because of a Grand Prix race or a celebrity. A woman driving a Bentley Azure - sticker price $383,000 - crashed into a $95,000 Mercedes Benz.

But if that's not enough, the unidentified driver also hit a Ferrari 430 - priced at $270,000 - a Porsche 911 - $95,000 - and last, but not least, an Aston Martin Rapide - worth $220,000 - in the city square near the posh Place du Casino.

The accident caused such a mash-up that the woman in the Bentley couldn't open her car's doors.

The Daily Mail reports the crash is estimated to cost more than $65,000, with the Ferrari, Porsche and Aston Martin requiring new front wings and bumpers. The U.K. paper reports the Bentley will need the same repairs, and a new door.

I think most likely the woman will claim the damages from her car insurance. That'll be an expensive lesson to learn and burns a hole in the pocket. If I were to be in her shoe, I will have sleepless nights and I wouldn't know how to explain to my furious husband.

Kenyans burned alive for stealing potatoes

2 Kenyan thieves were caught stealing 2 sacks of potatoes are brutally beaten up and burned alive. It is seen in the 2-minute video that the thieves are set on fire for the petty crime they committed.
The video starts with one of the man lying on the ground bleeding, obvious that he was beaten, and another man sitting at a corner. Both are tied up and a suddenly a man runs into the screen dousing both of them with flammable liquid before they were set on fire.
That’s the reason why most countries do not allow public to take laws into their own hands. The criminal or suspected criminal will face the harsh brunt from the public mercilessly. No one is above the law and the public should hand the criminal to face justice.
Please be warned that the video is graphic and may not be suitable for viewing for children or the faint hearted. You can view the sickening video here.

A cuckold fetishist forced wife to sleep with men online

Today’s local daily in Malaysia highlighted that a husband forced his wife to sleep with Caucasian men while he watch remotely through a laptop via Skype. The strangers that his wife slept with have no qualms about her husband watching and she had slept with dozens of men. Some of the men are repeated bed partners as her husband finds that the men are able to perform well in bed. Her husband forced his 38-year old Sabahan wife to do such despicable act because he finds more pleasure in watching his wife having sex with other men. According to source, the husband will source for caucasian males through social networking sites and arrange for a rendezvous at a hotel. On the other hand, his wife thinks that this is the only way to please her husband even though it is against her will. According to the wife, no money was exchanged for the sexual services. After 5 years of torment, the mother of 3 children decided to seek help from a local daily to highlight her plight to end this fetish.
I find her story fishy as she had remained quiet for the last 5 years and put up with her husband’s crazy demand. She must be so foolish to think that she is offering her body to strangers in return for nothing. She said she kept quiet and gave in to him because she has nowhere to turn to and love her husband so much. In the video, the wife is seen to enjoy the act and she said she was forced to pretend that she enjoyed it in order to keep her husband’s mouth shut. Now she decided to blow the whistle and does that mean she has a place to turn to now?
Yes, people are disgusted and angry of that her husband forces his wife to such immoral act for his own pleasure but I don’t know if Malaysians should sympathize her for the ordeal she went through. I had the feeling that there must be 2 sides of the story and some where during the course of the event, things must have turned awry that led her to voice out now. Or she might be seeking public sympathy for some hidden personal agenda. We don’t know what happened but things will not be as simple as 1, 2, 3. As the there is a saying “It takes 2 hands to clap” as the responsibility of the actions are bestowed on both parties. After all, if she can come to the media for help on her own accord, she would be well-aware off her situation during the past 5 years and gather the courage to walk out of her man and seek help much earlier.

Drunken husband chained up by angry wife.

A woman getting tired of her husband’s constant drinking chained him up at the park in China.
Residents at a community in Jining of Shandong Province found the bare-chested man chained to a gym machine.
A note found stuck to the machine, believed to be written by the wife, read: 'Don't release him, after releasing him, he will still drink. Thank you.'
The man told reporters that said he had picked up the drinking habit over the years and that he always returned home drunk. He had promised the wife to quit the habit but admitted that he had failed to keep his promise.
He apologised to the wife and again, he promised to stop drinking. But a few days ago, he returned home drunk again. His angry wife then dragged him to the park and chained him up.
She put a glass, a water bottle and a chamber pot next to the husband before leaving.
Police personnel, who were called to the scene, later released the man from his bondage.
This is the most outrages “rehabilitation” program that his wife executed! Hmmm... Probably this method can be used for husbands that loves gambling and vice too. ☺

Yao Ming's fan goes nude to protest against retirement

Many of us are fans to musicians, singers, actors or athletes. Somehow or another, one day our idols will retire.
Yao Ming, a well-known Chinese international basketball player for Houston Rockets recently announced his retirement. The 30 year old Houston Rockets star cited his early retirement due to injuries to his foot and ankle, including the third fracture to his left foot sustained near the end of 2010.

A female fan, who learnt of Yao Ming's impending retirement from basketball, protested nude at Yao's press conference in Shanghai, China.

Covered only in body paint to simulate a basketball jersey with "Yao" and his jersey number, "11" on the back, she was stopped by security guards. The woman, who was seen crying over Yao Ming's retirement, was later led to a room by the guard.

Nude protests are common for PETA’s No-Fur campaign but protesting for an idol’s retirement in nude is something bizarre. This woman is a hardcore fanatic that will go to great length to protest on her idol’s retirement.

A public icon’s retirement which will have no protest and probably making everyone happy will most likely goes to… Politicians! (No offence intended, just kidding here).

Fred Flintstone's car on sale!

During my younger days, I was a fan of the cartoon Flintstone. I love watching the modern daily tools that are adapted during the Stone Age. For example, an elephant as a washing machine, birds as clothes pegs and leg-powered cars.
There’s this guy who is even a bigger fan of Flintstone than I am. He built a replica of Fred Flintstone’s car! According to InAutoNews.com, this cool replica of the Flintstones car is actually for sale, online. And the best thing about it is that under all that wooden exterior is a functional, drivable car powered by a 4-cylinder 1.6 petrol engine. Although it looks like it uses two wooden drums as wheels, if you look closely you’ll see one of the four old-fashion tires revealed, in the front. Which is a good thing, because steering would have been a problem with the original prehistoric system.

According to the above mentioned car blog, the vehicle already has 80,000 km under its belt, although it’s listed as built in 2011. The top speed of the real-life Flintstones car isn’t specified, but I’m pretty sure whatever it is, it beats pushing it with your feet. It is also fitted with real brakes and you don't have to use your feet to stop the car. If you’re interested and manage to find the actual sales ad, this nicely done replica apparently costs just 2,200 euros.

I'm not sure if this car is roadworthy but hey, it will definitely turn heads. I bet it'll turn more heads than a Lamborghini, Ferrari or Bentley because of its uniqueness. Pretty cheap for such an iconic piece of cartoon history.

Bomb scare at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur

This afternoon during lunch I was on my way to have my lunch in Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur. Pavilion is located in Jalan Bukit Bintang which is only a stone throw from my office in Jalan Kia Peng. I saw  policeman directing traffic away from Pavilion and the escalator that serves as the pedestrian entrance to Pavilion has been closed to public. There was a massive jam along Jalan Raja Chulan and a curious onlookers gather to watch is happening.

A police officer told me that the authorities received a call that there is a suspicious box which might be a bomb along the walkway within Pavilion’s compound. A bomb squat unit was deployed to defuse the bomb. Eventually it was discovered that it was prank by some irresponsible people. The white box contained wires which doesn’t contain any explosives. The childish act has caused a lot of inconvenience to the public. Well, some people here has not grown up and thought that this prank is funny!

So far Malaysia is still safe from terrorism and suicide bombing or any bombing incidences which have not occurred, as far as I can recall. Anyway, I still managed to grab a bite for my tummy at a stall nearby in Cosway building.

Inhumane torture of pigs in the name of experiment

Netizens are outraged by the pictures published in Chinasmack where youths in Nanning, China is seen abusing and beating pigs with poles. The pigs are tied, hung up and are beaten and kicked. In one of the picture, the youths tried to drown a pig in a pail of water. The pigs are seen bleeding from the torture.
What happen to humanity these days? Even though pigs are generally considered “unclean” food or animal to certain religion and culture, it is still God’s creation. Pigs shouldn’t (even other animals) be degraded to this manner.
The school involved in the incident claimed “Pig Abuse Gate” was just a forensics class experiment undertaken by criminal investigation and special police students at the police school. What a bunch of nonsense excuse is that!

Foreign woman walked stark naked in Miri, Sarawak

People from Miri, Sarawak had a shock when a 25-year old foreign girl walked down naked on the streets.

The woman took off her clothes in front of a nightclub before walking naked on the streets at 8am on Saturday, 16 July 2011. The woman walked slowly as though she was parading on the catwalk and also danced in front of a car. Some people took pictures of her with their mobile phones. The woman became emotional when a group of men apprehended her and tried to put clothing on her. She was later taken to the Miri police station, where the police asked her relatives to take her home.

A picture of the woman parading
I think this lady is mentally ill as she has no shame. If she is mentally sane, she is in the wrong country. In Malaysia, there is no nudist colony, as far as I know of unless it’s underground, and nudity is taboo here. Majority of Malaysians are Muslims and generally it is still a conservative country.

Ignorant Manchester United fan at Liverpool match in Malaysia

You'd think even a boy would know that when you go to see Liverpool play, the last thing you should wear is the shirt of Manchester United, their hated arch-rivals.
And this young lad felt the full force of Liverpool fandom when a stadium full of Kop supporters chanted and jeered at him, eventually managing to strip off his controversial kit.
He tried to remain inconspicuous, staying at the back of the stadium in Malaysia where Liverpool were training as part of their Asian tour.
But in a Red Devils shirt - particularly one with the name of former Everton player Wayne Rooney on the back - he was never going to stay unnoticed for long.
He quickly drew the attention of the whole stand, who started chanting at him to take the kit off.
When he refused, the Reds fans took matters into their own hands, mobbing him and removing the United shirt. In celebration, they sang Kop anthem You'll Never Walk Alone.
But he stuck to his guns, and rather than wear the Liverpool shirt which they tried to press on him he sat in a sulk, before sloping off from the stand.
The boy returned a few minutes later, and seems to have learned the error of his ways - this time around, he was wearing the altogether less contentious shirt of Malaysia's national team.
You can watch the joker here.

5 year old girl may face murder charges

Many 5 year olds cannot read or write that well or even tie their own shoelace.

Recently in Kansas, America, a 5 year old girl is facing possibility of being charged for murder after she admitted that she dragged a crying toddler into a bathtub and held him under water until he stopped crying. The girl, who is not being identified because of her age, was left with 18-month-old Jermane Johnson Jr. on June 3 along with two other children and a 16-year-old girl who was supposed to be looking after them. The teenager had fallen asleep, police said.
18-month-old
Jermane Johnson

"I've been in law enforcement for 20 years and it's the youngest suspect I can remember," police spokesman Darin Snapp said. "It's extremely rare."

Kansas City police are waiting for a medical examiner's report on how Jermane Johnson Jr., died, but have investigated the death as a homicide, spokesman Darin Snapp said.

Is it possible to charge a kindergarten kid for murder? At this age, she wouldn’t be aware of the consequences of her action. She may not even know whether her actions are right or wrong. She has just started her life half a decade ago and if prosecutor is going ahead to charge her for murder, her future is ruined.

Dad cheers as little boy and girl fights

HEBEI, CHINA - The video was shot by the girl's father, Lan Jianguo, in Cangzhou city, North China's Hebei province, the local news portal hebnews.cn reported.

In the video, after a fierce fight, the boy was taken to the ground and kicked by the girl, while Lan just stood aside and encouraged the two children to fight. Lan assured a woman who came to stop the fighting, saying that it was fine and the children often fought in this manner.

It is heard from the video that the man asked the boy to get up and retaliate by hitting the girl back. The man repeatedly praised the girl for being fierce while shouting to the boy to attack.

Lan told the hebnews.cn reporter that the boy was his nephew and he wanted to teach him how to defend his dignity from childhood. Lan said he applied the rule of "natural selection and survival of the fittest" to educate the children, to ensure they understood they must dare to fight back against bullies in their lives, as he used to be bullied by others during his childhood and later experienced hardships in his career.

Lan said he uploaded the video to the Internet in order to initiate discussion among netizens and he was surprised people were just focusing on its brutality.

Surprisingly, the boy's mother, Lan's elder sister, had no objection to the fight. She agreed with Lan's education method and believed that the fight changed her son's cowardly personality and now his classmates showed him more respect.

This is one of the most craziest way of training children to fight. Well, if there is really a need for self-defence classes, why not just enroll the children in Taekwondo, Karate, Aikido or Silat (an indigenous martial arts of the Malay Archipelago and Malay Peninsula of Southeast Asia). This man is a total no-brainer. Probably he should teach the children how to fight like this comic strip. Duh!

Tongue is sharper than sword

I was reading an article that highlighted that this boy committed suicide after he was scolded and insulted by his teacher after he was caught playing his mobile phone.
Zhang Zhipeng, a 15 year old student in Southern Fujian Province in China ended his life in a tragic manner. His phone was confiscated after he was caught red-handed fidgeting his phone. Zhang did not protest towards the punishment.  When he returned to school on the Monday, he was dragged out of class by his teacher and Zhang was zeroed on for a long time before his mother came to the school’s office.  Despite his formal apology, his teacher continued to shower him with abusive language. Throughout the process, Zhang did not fought back. After the teacher has finished her insults, Zhang quietly walked out and jumped off the 4th floor of his school building in front his mother and teacher. He died instantly.
In another case, a 15-year-old student at South Hadley High School, Phoebe Prince, was bullied to death by her peers. Ms. Prince committed suicide after months of verbal abuse from several classmates on school grounds. These vicious attacks continued electronically through text messages and postings on the social networking site.
Whether we realize it or not, our tongue can sniff out the life of another person. A tongue is akin to a double edged sword. It can either uplift or destroy the person. We should watch our tongue be it towards children or adults even in the midst of anger. A sharp tongue can drive a person to depression and thus leading him/her towards suicide. The words that are used can cause deeper hurt compare to beatings. Words that are not carefully chosen can diminish the person’s self-esteem to the extent the person feels that he/she is worthless. While words do not leave a traditional permanent mark that is visible on the body, they do leave an emotional, psychic scar, one that haunts the victim.
We should really think before we say anything as it may do more harm than good. Let’s build people up with our tongue that is given by God rather than to tear people down. Mother Teresa, internationally well-known for her humanitarian work for the poor and helpless, quoted that violence of the tongue is very real-sharper than any knife.

Weird Marriages

There are many weird incidences happening around the globe where people married their partner which are not human. This entry will give you some insights of what happened and probably it will either shock you or give you a good laugh.

Ghana
A Ghanaian woman has married her dog because it has qualities she had seen only in her late father.

Emily Mabou, 29, of Aburi, married the 18-month-old dog in a ceremony attended by a traditional priest and local, curious villagers, reports the Daily Dose.

Her younger brother David Mabou said her family boycotted the wedding which they felt was “a stupid step to combat her loneliness”.

But Ms Mabou said: “For so long, I’ve been praying for a life partner who will have all the qualities of my dad. My dad was kind, faithful, and loyal to my mum, and he never let her down.

“I’ve been in relationships with so many men…, and they are all the same… skirt-chasers and cheaters. My dog is kind, and loyal to me and he treats me with so much respect.”

In the ceremony, the priest warned villagers not to mock the wedding, but to “rejoice with her as she has found happiness at last”.

India

A woman, who claimed to have fallen in love with a snake got married to the reptile as per Hindu rituals at Atala village of Orissa's Khurda district, 14 km from here.

The unusual marriage took place on Wednesday with over 2,000 people taking out a procession to celebrate the event.

Attired in a silk saree, 30 year-old Bimbala Das was seen sitting for around one hour as priests chanted mantras to complete the ritual.

The snake which lived in an ant hill near her home, however, was not around and a brass replica of a serpent was kept by the side of the woman instead.

Bali
A Balinese teenager caught in the act of intercourse with a cow passed out on Friday when he was forced to marry the animal in a ceremony witnessed by hundreds of curious onlookers.
As the Jakarta Globe reported earlier in the day, Ngurah Alit, 18, an unemployed youth from the seaside village of Yeh Embang in Jembrana, was caught stark naked positioned behind the cow in a rice paddy field.
In his defence, Alit admitted to the act of bestiality but claimed the cow, which he believed was a young and beautiful woman, had wooed him with flattering compliments.
As part of a Pecaruan ritual, a ceremony to cleanse the village of the unholy act of a man mating with a cow, Alit was forced to “marry” the animal. Alit, however, according to Detik.com, passed out surrounded by locals and police, who were attempting to prevent a number of journalists from covering the spectacle.
It is unclear whether or not he got to say “I do.”
Alit’s collapse prompted his mother to begin screaming hysterically, while other family members shouted at photographers not to take pictures.

Taiwan
A Taiwanese woman left uninspired by the standard of men on offer in her city will finally tie the knot -- with herself, Shanghai Daily reported early Saturday.

Lonely Chen, 30, told local media she was urged to wed by friends and loved ones but could not find a decent husband in Taipei, Taiwan's largest city.

"My work and experience are in good shape, but I haven't found a partner, so what can I do?" she sighed.

"I'm not anti-marriage. I just hope that I can express a different idea within the bounds of a tradition."

The solo marriage will not be recognized in law but Chen has the backing of her family.

Korea
Lee Jin-gyu fell for his 'dakimakura' - a kind of large, huggable pillow from Japan, often with a picture of a popular anime character printed on the side.

In Lee's case, his beloved pillow has an image of Fate Testarossa, from the 'magical girl' anime series Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha.

Now the 28-year-old otaku (a Japanese term that roughly translates to somewhere between 'obsessive' and 'nerd') has wed the pillow in a special ceremony, after fitting it out with a wedding dress for the service in front of a local priest. Their nuptials were eagerly chronicled by the local media.

'He is completely obsessed with this pillow and takes it everywhere,' said one friend.

'They go out to the park or the funfair where it will go on all the rides with him. Then when he goes out to eat he takes it with him and it gets its own seat and its own meal,' they added.

The pillow marriage is not the first similarly-themed unusual marriage in recent times - it comes after a Japanese otaku married his virtual girlfriend Nene Anegasaki, a character who only exists in the Nintendo DS game Love Plus. Read more about it below.

Japan

The gamer fell in love with the virtual woman named Nene Anegasaki while playing Love Plus, a dating simulation game.
The aim of Love Plus is to court and build a relationship with one of three cartoon-style women, but virtual romance was not enough for this particular player, identified only by his username Sal9000.
Last weekend he became the first person to officially pledge his love to a video game character in a ceremony at a technology festival in Tokyo.
The couple's special day was witnessed by dozens of computer game fans and overseen by a real-life priest, although he stressed that the "wedding" was not official or legally binding.
However, some reports on computer game websites state that Sal9000 had earlier married his digital bride at a chapel on the Pacific Ocean holiday island of Guam, where wedding laws are less strict.
Chen Wei-yih has bought a flowing white bridal grown, planned a lavish reception and even hired a wedding photographer to mark her unusual matrimony.
