23 year old Indian woman raped and murdered

It was disheartening to read about the rape and murder of a 23 year old Indian woman, Damini, in New Delhi, India.

For those who doesn't know the story, this poor lady and her boyfriend was beaten with iron rods and raped for an hour in a bus by the bus driver and his friends after throwing her boyfriend out of the bus. After raping her, she was brutally beaten and they shoved an iron rod up her vagina till it tore and injured her intestines. They then threw her our of the bus naked and bleeding. Her injuries was so severe that she was flew to Singapore to receive treatment in ICU. She did not survive the ordeal and she died in Singapore hospital. Her body was flew back to New Delhi and cremated in a private ceremony.

I cannot imagine the pain she has to go through during the attack which made worst by this merciless barbaric animals left her to die by the road. New Delhi has the highest sex crime rate among India's major cities. This men has no respect or regards for women. I support the protest of the Indians that is currently in New Delhi as it is time for the government to step up and protect the women's rights. There are too many rape cases that has gone unreported and many offenders are still at large. The 6 rapists and murderers are ought to be whipped and put to death. This will deter future rapists and they will think twice or even trice before committing to this hideous crime. If the Indian government is not taking any proactive solution to this injustice, it is time for Indian citizens to rise up as one voice during their 2014 election and vote for a change.

Vietnam Festival: Live pig cut into half.

Nem Thuong's annual pig-chopping festival is, as one might imagine, a very bloody affair.

Each year, on the sixth day of the lunar new year, the villagers of a town about 25 miles north of Vietnam's capital, Hanoi, organize a festival to honor their local guardian deity, Doan Thuong. The celebrations include traditional festival features such as a march and live music, but one part of the ceremony is not for the faint of heart.

According to Reuters, a live pig is shuttled around the village before being placed on the ground on its back. Assistants hold ropes attached to the pig's legs, spreading the animal's appendages apart to expose its belly. A man wielding a large blade then chops the pig in half, and the villagers rush to smear the blood on bank notes, hoping for good luck in the new year.

The practice has been condemned by activists inside Vietnam and abroad.

The video is graphic. You can watch it here.

Woman killed baby and brought dead infant shopping

Chicago police say 20-year-old mother Toyrianna Smith killed her infant son when he would not stop crying and then took the dead infant shopping with her.

Police say Smith took her her 3-year-old daughter and 3-month-old son to a friend’s home where she hung out with her friends, drank liquor and had her hair done, according to CBS station WBBM.

Later that night she stumbled into her room and slept. During the night her son, Ken Blackman Jr., began to cry. When Smith woke up, she allegedly slapped him in the face repeatedly and put a blanket over his head.
The child cried a second time. Authorities say Smith once again slapped him and put a blanket over his face, pressing down until his arms began jerking and he stopped crying.

Prosecutors said friends asked the next morning why the baby was not moving and she said he was asleep.
In the morning she allegedly dressed Ken and put him in a Baby Bjorn, then took the dead infant with her while she shopped for several hours.

A neighbor noticed blood on the child’s blanket and thought the child was not breathing and called police.

Woman drowned cat in bathtub (Video)

A sick video of a cat being drowned in a bath has been posted on the internet — by the same sadist behind footage of a kitten being fed to a python.
The latest video — uncovered by The Sun — shows the terrified pet taped to a broom handle being slowly lowered into the water by a woman.
Bubbles can be seen rising as it struggles frantically before losing its fight for life.
The footage, called "Bathtime lol" was posted on YouTube at the weekend by a user called jasminethecat666.
The same sicko posted a video exposed by The Sun last week, which showed a tiny kitten being fed to a Burmese python — as the Christmas song Little Drummer Boy played in the background.
The video has been taken down from youtube but you can still watch a copy of the video here.
The oddball is linked to a film posted last Christmas in which a man kills two kittens by putting them in a bag and sucking the air out with a vacuum cleaner.
Disgusted readers contacted The Sun about the python video. Anna King said: "This scumbag needs to be caught."
Welfare group PETA offered a reward of £2,000 last night for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.

3 year old boy died after being put into washing machine

A 33-year-old man has been charged with murder after allegedly killing his three-year-old son by locking him in a washing machine and turning it on.

Christophe Champenois, from Meaux, near Paris, allegedly stripped Bastien naked and shut him in the machine to punish him for a prank at nursery school - throwing a classmate's drawing down a toilet.

He is then said to have run the cold cycle wash for a few minutes at their house, in the village of Germigny-l'Eveque.

The child, whom neighbours described as blond and angelic, died of head injuries on Friday night, French police said.

His mother Charlene, 25, recovered him from the machine, according to Le Parisien newspaper.

She then ran to her neighbour, known only as Alice, and told her that Bastien had 'fallen down the stairs'.

Alice told Le Parisien: 'I picked him up and his limbs were as loose as those of a rag doll.

'I felt his heart beat for the last time and then he died.'

Bastien's five-year-old sister, Maud, told Alice's husband that it was not the first time the boy's father had put him in the washing machine as punishment.

Neighbours told the newspaper that the boy had been repeatedly abused - by being locked up for hours in a cupboard and also by being left on a window sill for hours wrapped in a blanket.

'Bastien was an unwanted child', claimed Evelyne, his grandmother.

'On the day he was born, his father was out drinking and when I told him he had a son, he said that he didn't want him.'

A judge in Meaux placed unemployed Champenois under investigation for murdering his child and charged his wife, a mother of seven, with failing to prevent a crime and failing to assist a person in danger.

Both were placed in custody and their surviving children taken into care.

Man hangs dog to death as protest in a relocation dispute

In the morning of October 11th, people in Shenzhen Buji road near Shenhui road were stunned to see two dogs were hung from windows in a building and alongside were banners that said, "If cornered, even a dead dogs will jump off the building (“死狗急也跳楼”, adapted from a Chinese idiom "狗急会跳墙", literally means that a cornered dog will leap over the wall. The idiom means a man driven to desperation can do anything.) The incident seemed to be another relocation dispute.

While the banner claimed the dogs were dead dogs, witness said the dogs were still alive when hung in the air, " They were still struggling a bit". Netizen O nePiece-D _M an said in his Weibo page, "The dogs were hung to death. I was at the scene. Dead dogs? No. The dogs were strangled and I could tell they were still struggling…I was at the scene today and it was me who called the police."

The dogs were hung in mid-air between the third floor and fourth floor in this 5-floor building. The banners and the dogs had attracted quite the crowd. Later a few officers in the community workstation came. They removed the banners and released the dogs. The dogs were dead by the time.

Mr. Zeng is the one who hang the dogs and the banners. He’s the contractor of this five-floor building. "I was left with no choice. The tenants refused to pay the rent. Now I still owe my landlord 11 months’ rent. The tenants have made an agreement with the Community Residential Committee that they can stop paying the rent, because the transformation of this area was up in the air for a long time." The transformation might involve relocation and demolition of the building. It has caused the traffic difficulty and affected the commercial tenants’ business in the building. "The tenants complained and the Community Residential Committee told the tenants, because the project was not settled yet, the tenants didn’t have to pay the rent for the time being. For that reason, I haven’t received the rent for 11 months. I had no other option." Now the transformation project was completed and no demolition was required. As to the contractor’s 11-month tent lost, reporters contacted the Community Residential Committee but so far they gave no reply yet.

Mr. Zeng explained the dogs were beaten to death by the security guards for fear that they would bite the passerby. He claimed, "Dogs won’t die from this kind of hanging." However, dog lovers condemned Mr.Zeng as being cruel and he should protest in a humane way. "If people have a problem, they go on protest. But if a dog’s right was violated, who will protest for them? Don’t impose your problems onto the innocent people or animals." Ms. Her, a dog lover said.

Trucker runs over boy to make sure he is dead to avoid hospital bills

A lorry driver ran over a five-year-old boy – and then reversed over him to make sure he was dead in an apparent attempt to avoid footing hospital bills for the child.

The sickening incident happened in Luzhou, western China, when driver Ao Yong hit Xiong Maoke as he left home to walk to school.

Witness Zhang Shifen said: ‘I saw the truck move back a little and then move forward again. Xiong became wrapped up in the wheel and the truck continued forward another ten yards.’

The tragedy comes just a week after two-year-old Yue Yue was knocked down by two vehicles on a busy market street. The child was ignored by 18 passers-by before someone came to her aid. She died in hospital a few days later.

In this latest incident passers-by said the lorry driver jumped from his cab after hitting the boy. They claimed Yong then asked: ‘How much shall I pay?’

Police said Yong, a 35-year-old lorry driver from Luxian, argued with the boy’s family about the size of the damages for seven hours.

After the latest incident, Yong denied reversing over the boy to kill him. Last night, police and government staff insisted Xiong died on impact.

Their investigation ruled that Yong was the first person to call the police after his truck hit the boy in the village of Yunfeng, in Luzhou, Sichuan province.

They said his body was not removed immediately because angry villagers were demanding instant compensation from the driver.

In heartrending scenes, the boy's mother sat shocked next to the covered body of her five-year-old son.

A string of such horrific cases have led to soul-searching in China, where the economic boom has been blamed for fuelling materialism at the cost of compassion.

Handing over compensation if an accident victim dies is seen by many Chinese as cheaper than paying for lengthy hospital treatment. The Communist regime does not provide free healthcare for its 1.3billion citizens.

The fear of high medical bills is also thought to be behind a second accident in China in which toddler Yue Yue was knocked down by two vehicles on a busy market street.

The gruesome ordeal, captured by security cameras, showed the bleeding child was ignored by 18 passers-by before she was picked up by a scrap picker and given to her mother, who rushed to the street looking for her.
A week after the accident, she died in hospital.
Two drivers suspected of running over the Chinese toddler were arrested on Sunday.

The Beijing News and other outlets reported that police in the city of Foshan concluded their initial investigation and ordered the two men formally arrested, a step that almost always leads to a trial.

Running over an innocent boy and not helping is bad enough. Running over him twice to make sure he is dead is sick, really sick! Where's your heart, pea brain?!!

Gay African man beaten and burned alive

A man who reportedly was gay was badly beaten then burned alive after his murderers poured gasoline or another accelerant onto him and chased him through the streets. Warning: after hours of research, there are few details to report. What we do know is that this video seems to have first appeared on World Star Uncut, titled, “Its Sad This Is The World We Live: They Did This To Him Because He Was Gay! (*Warning* Graphic),” and watermarked “World Star Hiphop,”.

Some netizens say that this man was killed because he was gay, (with the exception of one comment that claimed he was a thief.) There is no confirmation that he was gay, nor can we confirm where this murder took place, though, again, all reports state either Africa broadly, or Uganda or Nigeria. It would be unfair to point the finger at a nation without being certain which one it was.

Additionally, though it appears the man is dead at the end of the video.

2 year old girl ran over by van twice and no one cared.

On Thursday afternoon in Foshan, Guangdong province, a two-year-old toddler was run over by a van outside a hardware market. The first passerby, who is very likely to have witnessed what happened, walked around the girl, without even looking down to see what happened to her. Behind him was another man, who apparently also witnessed the accident, but decided to make a u-turn so he wouldn't have to come up close to the girl lying on the road. One cyclist took a brief look at the girl, but decided to cycle away as if nothing happened, and a fourth passerby also walked around the toddler.

At this moment, another van appeared in the scene, and the driver rolled over the girl for a second time, apparently not realising that there was a body on the ground. Within the next five minutes, a dozen or so bystanders would walk by the girl, who by this time was a bloody mess. They would maybe take a glance or two at her, then walk away. One woman, with her daughter in hand, walked briskly away when she realised there was another little girl lying on the ground.

A few precious minutes ticked by one after the other before someone decided to do something. A female trash collector saw the injured toddler, laid aside her day's collection, carried the girl to the side of the road to prevent her from getting run over by the next vehicle, and asked around to see who the girl belonged to. At this time, the girl's mother appeared, and rushed her to the hospital.

All of this was captured on a CCTV camera, and the girl's parents were inconsolable when they saw with their own eyes what had happened to their daughter. The driver of the second vehicle has since been apprehended by Foshan police, but the first driver who knocked down the girl remains at large. The vehicle plate number of the first van was, unfortunately, not visible from the footage because of the reflection. The girl remains in critical condition under intensive care, and her parents are now appealing to the eye-witnesses to step forward.

Seven minutes, 18 passersby, and not one person decided to lift a finger. Most likely they think it wasn't their loved ones and it's none of their business. The only Good Samaritan, as it turned out, was a trash collector.

The video containg graphic images not suitable for all viewers. If you're not absolutely sure you want to watch this, it is advisable that you don't. Video link is here.

Mentally ill Chinese man chained up for 12 years in a duck pen

A Chinese man has been chained up in his uncle's house - and a filthy duck pen on the outside of the building - for 12 years.
His skin bloodied and bruise, Jiang Chun, who is believed to have mental health problems, has had only feathered friends for company for the past year, in Xiangqian town, in southern China's Fujian Province.

Mr Jiang, now 31, was taken in by Jiang Bintang after his parents died.

His 68-year-old relative claims he became sick from the shock of losing his parents at such a young age.

He said: 'Since then he started to have mental problems, and we spent a lot of money on him but he didn't show signs of getting better.'

However, neighbours claim that before Mr Jiang was a normal person who worked as a porter at the local docks.

Bintang said he used to chain his nephew within the house, but one year a typhoon blew over the building.
Since then Jiang Chun has been chained to a post in the duck pen, and has been shackled there for 12 years.
Jiang Chun also has a younger brother, who does manual labour in another city and also struggles to make a living.

'I am the only one who has taken care of him all these years,' said the uncle.
Bintang said he wanted to set his nephew free, but as the village is very small and surrounded by water, 'It's better to chain him'.

A director from the township civil affairs office said the village can't afford to bring him to a doctor.

Medics said the eel had devoured his bowels.

Insensitive London Weight Management ad slammed for degrading women

Viewers are in an outcry over London Weight Management's new television commercial, which appears to portray weight loss as the solution to all of a woman's problems.

The commercial begins with a scene of a woman standing at a balcony of a high-rise building looking down, with a baby in a pram nearby.

The scene zooms in to show her pained expression, accompanied by Chinese subtitles that translate to: "Women, what do they live for?"

The next scene is of the woman being violently scolded by her boss and served a letter of termination for having a 'poor image.'

"You know that image is very important to our work! In this current state you are in, you are not fit to work here!" the boss shouts at her.

She later weighs herself in the bathroom, with the weighing scale needle hitting 70kg. Frustrated, she throws an object at the mirror and cracks it. In another scene, she is shown struggling to put on a dress and later on unsuccessfully zipping up a pair of pants.

She is depicted being harshly treated by her husband. She later faints while shopping and upon consultation with a doctor, is told she is too fat. The doctor explains to her that obesity leads to a host of health problems and is advised to consider the impact this has on her family.

She finally decides to go to London Weight Management and loses 20kg.

The commercial closes with scenes of her happy in a sexy dress. She is shown laughing and in the loving arms of her husband.

The accompanying voice over says in Mandarin: "Women, what do they live for?"

Which is followed by: "For those you love, and those who love you."

Viewers have taken to blogs and online forums such as Stomp to voice their displeasure, with some labelling it as 'myopic,' 'derogatory' and 'sexist.'

Deputy Editor of The Online Citizen Kristen Han wrote in a blog post titled "There are worse things to be than fat" that while marketing and advertising campaigns exploit the public's obsession with physical appearances, the television commercial "has taken it way too far."

TV host Anita Kapoor blogged that the ad portrays "women as pathetic, unworthy individuals. Losers on every level if they are overweight; winners at every level if they are slim."

A check revealed that the online video, which was first uploaded to YouTube, has since been removed.

The ad comes at an especially inopportune moment, drawing unfavourable comparisons with the recent suicide of Ms Tan Sze Sze - who killed herself along with her 3-year-old son after suffering a broken marriage and a stressful custody battle.

Some say that the ad trivialises post partum depression and suicide.

London Weight Management has defended itself by saying the ad is based on a true story, and that they are not discriminating or 'nauseating' obese women in doing so.

The company has also stressed that they "have not breached any regulation in accordance to the local regulation."

The Advertising Standards Authority of Singapore has not yet taken action to suspend the advertisement, but said they are looking into the matter.

It has been reported that the authorities would be writing to London Weight Management to highlight some of the concerns aired.

I would like to urge consumers to boycott slimming companies that disrespects women. Companies should at least show some respect to women by not degrading them. Instead they should highlight that weight management is good for health and leads a healthy lifestyle rather than potraying that fat women are being rejected by society.

Since the video has been taken down from Youtube, you can watch the video here while it is still available.

Chinese man caught throwing puppy into the sea

In an act of appalling cruelty, a depraved young man hurls a defenceless, unwanted puppy into the sea.

The dazed puppy made it back to the shore whereupon the man threw it back in the water in Xiamen, in southern China's Fujian Province.

The sickening scene was captured by a passer-by strolling along the beach.
As the puppy kept coming back, the man, believed to be in his 20s, repeatedly hurled it back into the water.

Other people on the beach screamed at him to stop, but he ignored their pleas.

Eventually the puppy, by now exhausted, lost the strength to make it back to the beach and struglled on to a rock.
The man left the beach and the puppy was rescued by a swimmer.

He gave it a young woman who witnesses the sickening abuse.

One witness, Mr Wang, said: 'I thought the man had come to the beach for a walk with his pet dog, but what he did next surprised all of us.

'He held the little dog, leaned backward and threw the puppy out into the sea.
'The puppy was very small, it was around eight inches long.
'It landed about 20-30 yards away in the water.'

Mr Wang said he was stunned as the man threw the puppy into the sea five times, ignoring attempts by people around him to make him stop.

'That man was very cruel. He kept throwing the puppy into the water.'

The puppy's new owner promised to give the helpless animal a good home.

Sadly, the man who carried out the cruelty will probably go unpunished.

12 year old boy chained with dogs to prevent him running away

This 12-year-old Chinese boy has been chained up by his uncle for the past two years. It’s claimed that this is for his own safety because he’s mentally handicapped – but most people will find these images truly shocking.

Cai Changqing, from Erlongshan village in Harbin, north-east China’s Heilongjiang Province, is shackled each day to a shabby shelter outside his uncle’s home.

The uncle, Cai Quan comments: ‘The kid can’t speak at all. Originally his parents thought he would speak late, but later they found he is mentally handicapped.’

According to Quan he has to chain his nephew up because, otherwise, he runs away.

In 2009 Changqing ran out into the road in the city and was severely injured after being run over by a van.

Quan was left to care for Changqing after the boy’s mother died and his father was left paralysed from an accident.

Following the van accident Changqing started to chain his nephew up each day, using a 16ft-long length of iron chain wrapped around the youngster’s waist.

His treatment brings to mind other instances of cruelty to children in China.

Last December pictures emerged of 12-year-old twins Li Luqin and Li Shuangqin tied up by their father Li Wancheng in Yunnan Province.

He began binding them ten years ago for fear they would hurt themselves.

The family currently lives along the roadside in China’s Yunnan Province. The father is trying to save enough money to get medical treatment for the girls.

He is adamant his daughters are not safe to be allowed to roam and the pair have to make do with a life that involves being tied to a fence or a tree – or to each other – every day.

Passers-by often react angrily as they watch the young girls trapped in their confines, with the ropes cutting into their wrists as they try to wriggle free.

‘When they were two they were found to be not normal,’ says Wancheng. He hopes they can be “cured” once he pays for them to be seen by a doctor, but says: ‘We only have 1000 Yuan (£100) of savings. We don’t have extra.’

Another shocking case that came to light last year was that of a two-year-old boy, Cheng Jingdan, who was pictured chained to a lamp post to stop him getting away while his father worked as a rickshaw driver and his handicapped mother scavenged through rubbish.

Jingdan has since become a pupil at a nursery in the Chinese capital Beijing thanks to the generosity of those who read about his plight.

Dad starves his own child to raise a cat

Reading this makes me feel disgusted and I couldn't find the logic behind this father's action.

A 2 year 10 month old Japanese baby has starved to death because the his father was more concerned with raising the cat.

Police stated that the starved baby must have gone into survival mode, eating anything he could find, after pieces of diaper, cat litter, plastic, and paper were found in his belly.

The father denied the charges and also offered the following statement: ”It’s not that I didn’t do anything. It was just my cat was more important than my child.”

Japanese social service were alerted to the boys situation after his check up at 6-7 months old, he was only 13.7 pounds. This tragic and heartbreaking case could have been prevented.

The social service had gone to the house to check on the baby five times, but to no avail as the father would never let them see the boy or they weren’t home.

When the boy died he only weighed 12.8 pounds. Normal average weight for a 2 year 10 month old boy is 29.7 pounds.

The mother called the police saying her baby was not breathing. Police immidiately rushed the baby to the hospital but he died that night. Officers are investigating the case after hospital officials told them that they suspect the parents were neglecting the child. Unfortunately it’s a little to late.

Boy killed ex-girlfriend for a free breakfast

A schoolboy in Britain faces a life term in jail for murdering his ex-girlfriend after a friend promised him free breakfast if he did away with her.

The brutality of the crime moved the Judge, who in an unprecedented step allowed Joshua Davies, 16, to be named despite being a juvenile, saying it was in public interest to expose the brute.

The jury at Swansea Crown Court heard how Davies, a year ago lured Rebecca Aylward, 15, to a secluded wood and then used a rock, the size of a rugby ball to smash her skull with at least six brutal blows.

He allegedly bragged about the killing, telling friends “Do you know how hard it is to break someone’s neck? She was facing away from me and I thought ‘This is it, I’m going to go for it. I’m going to break her neck’. She was screaming so I picked up a rock and started to hit her. The worst part was feeling and seeing her skull give way.”

Afterwards, the teen tried to cover his tracks by posting status updates reading “I’m just chilling with two friends”, and later “I enjoyed a rather good day with a lovely breakfast”.

The schoolboy, just 15 when he turned killer, wept as he was remanded in custody by Justice Lloyd Jones to be sentenced later but was told to expect an "indefinite" term.

The jury convicted him of murder by a majority verdict after hearing that Davies texted a friend to ask, "What would you do if I actually did kill her?"

His friend mistook it for the latest in a long line of jokes about murdering Rebecca and replied, "Oh, I would buy you breakfast."

The girl's body was found face down in the rain, after the day of the murder after one of Davies's friends contacted police and led them to the scene.

Kenyans burned alive for stealing potatoes

2 Kenyan thieves were caught stealing 2 sacks of potatoes are brutally beaten up and burned alive. It is seen in the 2-minute video that the thieves are set on fire for the petty crime they committed.
The video starts with one of the man lying on the ground bleeding, obvious that he was beaten, and another man sitting at a corner. Both are tied up and a suddenly a man runs into the screen dousing both of them with flammable liquid before they were set on fire.
That’s the reason why most countries do not allow public to take laws into their own hands. The criminal or suspected criminal will face the harsh brunt from the public mercilessly. No one is above the law and the public should hand the criminal to face justice.
Please be warned that the video is graphic and may not be suitable for viewing for children or the faint hearted. You can view the sickening video here.

Couple caught on camera abusing kitten

I'm an animal lover and I felt uncomfortable when I read and watch the video of how this poor kitten was abused. I've 2 cats at home and I love them dearly. I couldn't imagine how the couple can go to the extent to abuse the innocent kitten.

A video has gone viral showing a couple abusing a kitten by submerging it repeatedly in a puddle of dirty water before tossing it around.

According to source, the incident happened in Tongzhou district in Beijing, China on 19 July 2011.
In the video, a woman is seen squatting beside a puddle of water. The woman is seen holding a kitten's tail, and pulling it back to her when the kitten tries to move away.

The woman dips the kitten in the puddle of water head first repeatedly and refuses to let the kitten go.
A man is also seen in the video participating in the act later by tossing the cat to the woman.

Throughout the video, an adult cat, presumably the mother to the kitten tries to go to the kitten to pick the kitten up but was shooed away by the woman.

The entire cat abuse episode lasted for about 30 minutes and it ended when the kitten was thrown into an underground basement by the couple. You can view the shorter version of the video here.
